Procedure

1. Add Phase A ingredients in order with mixing. Heat to 70C. 2. In a separate vessel add Phase B ingredient and heat to 70C.3. Add Phase B to Phase A with homogenization for 3-5minutes.4. Remove from homogenizer and begin mixing. Add Phase C and neutralize to pH 6.5-7.0. Continue mixing and maintain temperature.5. Cool to 40C, premix Phase D before adding to main batch.6. Once homogenous add Phase E and adjust pH to 6.5-7.0 if necessary.
